How It Works

We’ll start with a relaxed, open conversation about your home — what’s feeling cluttered, what you’d love to change, and how you’d like your spaces to feel and function. This is a free 20 minute phone session.

You can:

  • Find out if our services are the right fit.

  • Discuss whether you need an onsite consultation.

  • Talk through where to begin.

Filling out our online contact form is the best first step — it helps you clarify your goals and gives us a great starting point.

2. Book a Session

Once we’ve chatted, we’ll decide on the best next step.

  • For larger jobs or multiple areas, we may recommend an initial onsite consultation. This helps us get to know each other and fully understand your space before diving in.

  • For smaller spaces (like pantries, linen cupboards, or laundries), we can often go straight to a hands-on organising session.

We’ll estimate how much time is needed, outline the number of sessions, and send you a service agreement and deposit details so you can easily secure your booking.

3. Let’s Do This

Our hands-on sessions follow a simple, supportive process:

  1. Sort – We group similar items together.
