We’ll start with a relaxed, open conversation about your home — what’s feeling cluttered, what you’d love to change, and how you’d like your spaces to feel and function. This is a free 20 minute phone session.

2. Book a Session
Once we’ve chatted, we’ll decide on the best next step.
For larger jobs or multiple areas, we may recommend an initial onsite consultation. This helps us get to know each other and fully understand your space before diving in.
For smaller spaces (like pantries, linen cupboards, or laundries), we can often go straight to a hands-on organising session.
We’ll estimate how much time is needed, outline the number of sessions, and send you a service agreement and deposit details so you can easily secure your booking.
