We work with you to:

FAQs

    • Services are charged at an hourly rate, plus travel where applicable.

    • Each home and client is unique, so timing depends on the volume of items and your involvement in decision-making.

    • We’ll discuss how many hours to book and aim to get as much done in that time as possible

    • We’ll always work at a pace that suits you, with time estimates provided as a guide.

  • It depends on the space:

    • For most decluttering, your input is needed to decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard.

    • You can step away during sorting, then join us for decisions.

    • For purely organising spaces (e.g., pantries, kitchens), you may not need as much involvement.

    We’ll discuss what works best for you during our initial chat.

  • Sometimes, yes — children can participate if appropriate. Involving kids in their own spaces (bedrooms, playrooms) can help them take ownership and maintain organisation. It may not be suitable for all children though, so we can see what fits best.

    Note: I hold a current Victorian Working with Children Check.

  • Yes, I am fully insured and I have a Working with Children Check and National Police Check

  • Only if you want to, often, we can work with what you already have. We recommend waiting until after an onsite consultation to discuss options, take measurements, and plan within your budget.

  • Yes — by negotiation. Additional charges may apply depending on timing. This allows flexibility for clients who work full-time.

  • Never. You decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. Our guidance is gentle and always aligned with your goals.

  • Please don’t be! We provide a judgment-free, confidential space. Our job is to help you feel calm and proud of your organised spaces.

  • No preparation is needed — we work with your space as it is. Seeing it in its current state helps us create the most effective solutions.

  • We offer organising services in Maffra, Sale, Stratford and Gippsland. We primarily work with clients in surrounding communities. I also service other parts of Gippsland, such as Traralgon and Bairnsdale, where travel is feasible (with associated travel costs). Contact us to check if we can service your area.

  • Our goal is to create functional spaces that are easy to maintain. We provide tips and strategies for upkeep and can schedule follow-up sessions if needed to ensure long-term success.

    • You decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard.

    • Small donations can be taken away for a small charge.

    • For larger amounts of rubbish, we can organise a skip bin or other removal options (additional costs may apply).

  • We tidy and wipe surfaces in the areas we work on, but we are not a cleaning service. Once decluttered and organised, your space will be easier and faster to clean, saving you time and effort.
